Sausage & Cheese Puffs

1 lb. hot or sweet sausage
1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese
3 cups of biscuit baking mix
3/4 cups of water

Remove sausage from casings; cook in large skillet, breaking up the meat with a fork, until no longer pink. Drain off fat, spoon sausage in large bowl, cool completely. Add all other ingrediants.Roll inot 1 inch balls, place on large cookie sheet. Bake in hot oven 400 degrees until puffed and browned.

To freeze ahead - freeze in single layer on large cookie sheet.
