6 chicken breasts
2 tsp. of poultry seasoning
2 cans of cream of chicken soup
1 tbs. of lemon juice
1 cup of mayo
2 tbs. of sherry or 1/2 tsp. of curry powder
1 can sliced mushrooms
10 oz. pkg. of frozen broccoli
8 oz. shredded cheese
1/2 cup buttered bread crumbs
Simmer chicken breasts with poultry seasoning covered with water for 30 to 45 minutes. Bone and cut into bite size pieces. Combine soup, mushrooms, lemon juice, mayo, curry or sherry, broccoli and chicken pieces.
Pour into 2 to 3 quart casserole dish. Cover with cheese and bread crumbs. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
