1 1/2 cups of graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup of sugar
1/3 cup of melted butter or margerine
2 (8 oz.) packages of cream cheese, softened
1 14oz. can condensed milk
2 eggs
1/2 cup of lemon juice
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar and melted butter in mixing bowl. Press mixture into 13x9 baking pan. Bake 6 minutes, remove and cool on wire rack.
Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in condensed milk. Add eggs and beat until combined. Stir in lemon juice and spoon mixture onto crust in pan.
Bake 30 minutes or until knife in center comes out clean. Cool on wire rake for 1 hour. Store in refrigerator until ready to serve. Cut into bars.
