Dry Ingrediants:
1 cup of sugar
3 tbsp. of flour
3/4 tsp. of salt
Wet Ingrediants:
1 1/2 cup of sour cream
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
3 cups of diced apples
Mix and add to dry ingredients
Pour into unbaked pie crust.
Bake at 425 degrees for 15 min., and then 350 degrees for 30 min.
Topping
1/3 cup of sugar
1/3 cup of flour
1 tsp. of cinnamon
1/4 cup of butter
1/2 cup of chopped walnuts
Cut butter through ingredients. Put on top of pie.
Bake 15 minutes longer at 350 degrees.
It has been years since I've had this pie! So excellent! Can't wait to try it!
