1 1/4 cups crackers, crushed
7 tablespoons butter, melted
8 ozs. smoked salmon
1/3 cup red bell pepper, minced
1/2 cup onions, minced1 teaspoon garlic, minced
3- 8oz packages of cream cheese (softened)
4 large eggs
1/3 cup milk
4 oz. shredded swiss cheese
3 T. fresh dill
Combine cracker crumbs and 4 tablespoons butter; press mixture onto the bottom of a 9" springform pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 10 minutes: reserve.Saute peppers, onions and garlic in remaining butter for 4 minutes; reserve.
Beat cream cheese and eggs with mixer until well blended. Stir in remaining ingrediants. Pour over crust.Bake at 300F for 1 1/2 hours or until set; turn off heat and allow cake to cool in oven 1 hour. Refrigerate overnight; serve chilled.
